Eligibility and accounts
Candy AI is intended for adults who can legally enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
AI-generated content
Candy AI characters generate fictional responses using artificial intelligence. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected or offensive. They are not human communications and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional decisions.
You remain responsible for the prompts, instructions and content you submit, and for how you use generated output.
Acceptable use
You may not use Candy AI to violate law, exploit or endanger another person, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or create or share prohibited sexual, violent or abusive material. The Safety Guidelines provide additional examples.
Subscriptions and billing
Prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically when that is stated at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily create a refund for a completed billing period. Any refund rights required by local law continue to apply.
Ownership and licenses
Candy AI and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, software and provided assets. You retain rights you already hold in content you submit and grant Candy AI the limited permission needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Your use of generated content remains subject to these terms and applicable law.
Availability and enforcement
Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. We aim to provide notice when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Candy AI does not promise that every response will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Liability limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
