- Review account and conversation controls before sharing personal details.
Understand AI limitations
AI companions predict responses from patterns in data. They do not have feelings, consciousness, professional qualifications or independent knowledge of your circumstances. Treat factual claims as unverified until you confirm them with a reliable source.
Prohibited and harmful use
Do not use Candy AI to create, request or distribute content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, credible threats, instructions for serious wrongdoing, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or attempts to expose another person’s private information. Do not use real people’s identity or likeness deceptively or without appropriate rights and consent.
Wellbeing and emergencies
AI companionship should complement, not replace, healthy relationships and real-world support. Take breaks if conversations cause distress or interfere with daily life. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource; do not rely on an AI character for emergency help.
Reporting concerns
Report unsafe output, suspected exploitation, privacy concerns or account abuse to safety@candyiai.com. Include the relevant context without forwarding unnecessary personal information. Reports may be reviewed to investigate the issue and improve safeguards.
Enforcement
Candy AI may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these guidelines and the Terms of Service.
